Built by people who kept getting asked the same question.
Realty Yogi started because friends and family kept asking the same thing before buying property in Noida or Greater Noida: which project is actually worth it, and which plot is genuinely clear of dispute?
Answering that properly meant walking every site ourselves, checking RERA registrations line by line, and sitting through the Authority's plot allotment process instead of just pointing people toward a brochure.
That's still how we work. We list a small, deliberately narrow set of residential projects and plot zones — not because that's all that exists, but because it's all we're willing to personally stand behind.
